"Legislating While Black"
The Daily Show has really been on its game of late. Host Jon Stewart and Senior Black Correspondent Larry Wilmore address the charge that black House members are being unfairly singled out in ethics scandals:

Capitol Ideas
I'm doing some company blogging for a few weeks while my colleague is on maternity leave, so you can find some various political links and snarky comments over at the NY Post's Capitol Punishment blog.
However, here are three observations here:
1) Note to New York Jets management: Pay Darrelle Revis; that is all.
2) Professor Stephen Bainbridge is extremely insightful here.
3) Lots of "Ewww!" moments in the e-mail exchanges between New Jersey ex-Gov. Jon Corzine and former lover/lobbyist Carla Katz. Linked to here only for the pure schaedenfreude value!
