Charles K In Charge
Regardless of where one stands on the Iraq War (how we got there...should we stay or should we go now, etc.), the decidedly pro-war Charles Krauthammer cuts through the semantical B.S. and states the obvious -- "Of Course It's a Civil War".
But, now, that we can agree on this, what do we do about it? Krauthammer sketches an outline. Wishful thinking? Perhaps. But, as with other aspects of this difficult drama, nothing can really happen until people start speaking the same language.
