NY's Most Hated Agency
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority.
The MTA has managed to screw up current subway stops...crush retail and hotel business downtown...begin constructing a transit "hub" that isn't even needed...all on the federal dime -- until the inevitable cost overruns cost New York taxpayers more.
